We have multiple openings across several practices in desirable Fort Collins, CO - choose your favorite location near many great neighborhoods throughout the community.

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient-only practice, serving patients of all ages
• Medical Assistants, RN, Front Desk, and leadership support provided to support an autonomous practice
• Access to on-site services including lab, imaging, Behavioral Health, Dietitian, Social Worker and
• Additional specialties depending on location
• Financially stable and physician-led organization committed to provider well-being

We seek candidates who:

• Are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (ABMS)
• Prefer to see all ages
• Are patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary ($235K - $265K, dependent on experience)
• Up to $100K educational loan repayment
• $60K sign-on bonus/relocation
• Up to $18K resident stipend
• Paid CME & malpractice coverage
• Excellent benefits package for you and your family
• Eligible for federal loan forgiveness
