As the Sales Support Specialist, you will support the sales and logistics teams by processing purchase orders, reviewing shipping documentation, and providing customer service to clients. The ideal candidate will bring a strong eye for detail, experience working with contracts and customer orders, and have great customer support experience. Requirements & Responsibilities for the Sales Support Specialist: • Process and track domestic and international customer orders, including logistics coordination and documentation accuracy. • Provide order support and timely communication with both internal teams and external vendors. • Maintain and manage order records, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and international shipping regulations. • Associates degree + 2 years of relevant experience preferred; HS diploma with 5 years' experience also accepted. • Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a focused office setting.
