Job Description
Overview
As a Front Desk Sales Associate at BÜNDA Westlake Village, you are the face of our studio and a key driver in delivering an exceptional member experience. Your role includes leading membership sales, supporting studio operations, and helping our community live a healthier lifestyle while embodying the BUNDA brand.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Sales & Customer Engagement
Achieve and exceed all key performance indicators (KPIs), including membership sales and client traffic.
Conduct tours for potential clients and educate them on the benefits of BÜNDA.
Engage with prospects via phone, email, and text with professional and friendly communication.
Promote studio offerings, including memberships, class packages, and retail products.
Keep up-to-date with all promotions, discounts, and special events to guide client decisions.
Client Experience & Support
Greet all members and guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
Check in clients for class and ensure seamless front desk operations.
Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
Assist clients with questions about classes, scheduling, and the BÜNDA program.
Support BUNDA trainers to ensure each class runs smoothly.
Studio Operations
Maintain and update the studio membership database.
Register new clients and process membership payments.
Perform opening and closing duties per the studio checklist.
Assist the Studio Manager with administrative tasks and daily operations.
Contribute to training new Sales Associate team members.
Studio Cleanliness & Organization
Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Participate in routine cleaning duties, including:
Wiping down and sanitizing exercise equipment.
Cleaning mirrors, floors, bathrooms, and changing rooms.
Restocking studio supplies and retail as needed.
Availability Requirements
All part-time Sales Associates must be available for a minimum of 3 days per week, including at least 1 weekend day.
Team members with weekend-only availability may be scheduled for fewer than 3 shifts per week.
Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to cover shifts when needed is highly valued.
Expectations & Requirements
Take initiative and perform tasks without needing direction.
Exhibit strong communication skills and work well with various personalities.
Display a positive, team-oriented attitude at all times.
Wear designated BUNDA apparel while on shift.
Be flexible and willing to step into different tasks as needed.
Physical Requirements
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Capable of standing for extended periods.
Able to bend, kneel, reach, climb, and move freely around the studio.
Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs or more.
