CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work night shifts Monday through Thursday from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Mix of 10-hour and 12-hour shifts available for both day and night positions
• Assigned shifts with schedule posted at least 2 weeks in advance
• Weekend requirements vary - some positions require every weekend, others every other weekend
• Holiday coverage required if scheduled day falls on holiday
• Optional call with 45-minute response time
• Perform all routine CT exams for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department patients
• Handle trauma cases and specialized procedures including cardiac CT, biopsy/drain, and cryo/microwave ablations
• Occasionally float to X-ray department for ED/inpatient/outpatient X-ray coverage
• Work with 3 CT scanners processing 65-70 scans per 24-hour period
• IV skills required for outpatient procedures
• Operate GE REV CT and GE REV HD equipment
• Use EPIC EMR system and SECTRA PACS system
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT (R), ARRT (CT)
• Radiation badge required prior to starting assignment
• Professional scrubs in any color required
• Three-day department orientation provided
• Must be able to perform all routine CT exams and trauma procedures
