As a Sandblast Operator, you will be responsible for operating sandblasting equipment to remove mill scale from steel, operating CNC plasma and oxy cutting machines, loading and unloading parts in the production area, labeling and sorting products, and maintaining cleanliness in the production area. The role requires the ability to lift up to 70 lbs throughout the workday.
Responsibilities
- Operate sandblasting equipment to remove mill scale from steel.
- Operate CNC plasma and oxy cutting machines.
- Load and unload parts from the production areas.
- Label and sort products accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the production area.
- Lift up to 60 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
- Proficiency in operating sandblasting equipment.
- Experience with CNC machines.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Basic machining skills.
- Familiarity with using calipers.
- At least 1 year of experience in sandblasting or metalworking.
- Ability to navigate a computer.
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is beneficial.

Work Environment
This role is set in a manufacturing/warehouse environment, where you will engage with various cutting and sandblasting technologies. The workday involves frequent lifting, requiring a degree of physical fitness.

This is a Permanent position based out of Belgrade, Montana.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $62400.00/yr.
