Title: Application Developer
Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000
Work Environment: Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)
Location: Chicago, IL

Application Developer
Primary Responsibilities:

1. Perform both application development and support responsibilities
2. Codes, tests, debugs, and implements applications from complex requirements
3. Design and develop custom applications and integrations with 3rd party systems
4. Analyze, design, and develop new applications when necessary
5. Provide support for incoming IS application support requests and/or questions
6. Answer queries and resolve issues with software applications
7. Escalate or close tickets and tasks via online tools including FreshService, JIRA, etc
8. Conduct regular quality checks with product teams ensure issues are resolved
9. Manages application CI/CD pipelines in tools such as DevOps
10. Prepares technical documentation including architecture diagrams, design documents, and guidelines to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure maintainability of applications
11. Performs other duties as assigned

Application Developer
Minimum Educational & Experiential Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
2. 3+ years' experience as an Applications Developer or in a similar role
3. Strong proven experience with Azure DevOps and the Azure Cloud Environment
4. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, and Dataverse
5. Experience using Microsoft SQL Server to write and debug Transact-SQL
6. Proven experience working on SSO including OAuth/OIDC and SAML
7. Strong experience with the following: C#, ASP.NET, LINQ, MVC, web APIs (RESTful and SOAP)
8. Ample experience with HTML5, CSS, React, Responsive design, and web layout design
