Practice Setting

• Hospital Setting: Hospital, Inpatient Trauma level I
• Patients Per DAY: Admissions, 8-10 new patients & follow ups. 5-8 scopes per day.
• Shifts Per Month: 24-hour call Mon-Sun / 5-7 days per month, ongoing

Requirements

• Board Certified REQUIRED
• BLS, ACLS, PALS - REQUIRED
• Active WV license NOT REQUIRED
• EMR, Cerner REQUIRED

Credentialing

• Credentialing window: 120 DAYS

• Hourly Rates: $310 for 1099
