Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Front of House (FOH) Project Manager to join our team.
JOB SUMMARY
This role leads the deployment of Poppulo’s digital signage platform across guest-facing environments, replacing legacy Unigest systems and integrating with Delphi. The PM will manage a dual-system rollout, coordinate across AV, IT, and operational teams, and ensure seamless execution in high-traffic hospitality spaces.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience managing customer-facing technology projects (e.g., digital signage, AV systems, Delphi integrations).
- Hands-on experience with Poppulo, Unigest, or similar digital signage platforms.
- Strong understanding of Delphi and hospitality operations, especially FOH environments such as lobbies, conference rooms, and elevators.
- Ability to lead dual-system deployments and manage transitional integrations.
- Ability to gather business requirements from operational teams and translate them into technical tasks.
- Experience coordinating with AV vendors, IT teams, and facilities for signage installation and content scheduling.
- Strong stakeholder management across departments (hotel sales, convention services, IT, brand).
- Capable of maintaining a fast pace and effectively working within a large PMO team.
- Experience leading the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects that impact FOH operations ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Skilled in managing risks, dependencies, and issues associated with FOH IT projects ensuring proactive resolution.
- Ensure all IT solutions align with business objectives and enhance FOH efficiency.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments (operations, IT, customer service).
- Background in hospitality, convention services (GES, Freeman) or hotel sales preferred
- Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience; enterprise deployment background is a plus.
