• Expert Diagnostics & Repair: Act as the expert in the field, responding promptly to work orders. Your primary job will be to diagnose maintenance issues, perform diagnostic tests, and execute a variety of general repairs across properties.
• Efficient Task Management: Work directly with the Dispatcher to manage a daily route of assignments. You'll be relied upon to complete all work orders and field tasks in a professional, high-quality, and timely manner.
• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular preventive maintenance to keep homes running smoothly and minimize future issues.
• Tool & Equipment Proficiency: Use and become proficient with a wide variety of hand and power tools, diagnostic devices, and material handling equipment necessary to complete your duties.
• Operational Responsibility: Take ownership of your assigned service vehicle (if applicable), ensuring it is stocked, clean, and well-maintained. You must hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record at all times to perform daily duties.
