- Expert Diagnostics & Repair: Act as the expert in the field, responding promptly to work orders. Your primary job will be to diagnose maintenance issues, perform diagnostic tests, and execute a variety of general repairs across properties.
- Efficient Task Management: Work directly with the Dispatcher to manage a daily route of assignments. You'll be relied upon to complete all work orders and field tasks in a professional, high-quality, and timely manner.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular preventive maintenance to keep homes running smoothly and minimize future issues.
- Tool & Equipment Proficiency: Use and become proficient with a wide variety of hand and power tools, diagnostic devices, and material handling equipment necessary to complete your duties.
- Operational Responsibility: Take ownership of your assigned service vehicle (if applicable), ensuring it is stocked, clean, and well-maintained. You must hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record at all times to perform daily duties.
- Technical Problem-Solving: The ability to quickly diagnose problems and apply practical knowledge to find effective solutions.
- Independence & Reliability: Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously while managing your time and vehicle efficiently.
- Digital Proficiency: Use smartphone and tablet applications daily to access work orders, communicate via email/text, and update the dispatch system.
- Professional Communication: Confidently and courteously engage with staff, owners, and guests, maintaining a professional demeanor while clearly communicating issues and resolutions.
- Physical Stamina: The ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including routinely lifting up to 50 pounds.
