MasterTech is on the search for Field Mechanics in Elko, NV.
The successful Mechanic will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of specialized heavy-duty equipment both in the shop and at large and exhilarating job sites.
Compensation:
- $30.00 - $65.00/hour based on experience.
- 100% employer paid medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with life, and AD&D insurance.
- 401k retirement plan.
- Per diem pay for any travelling requirements.
- Weekly pay.
Shift Schedule:
- Day shift, rotating 10 on 4 off work schedules. Constant OT is available.
Key Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of experience working on heavy equipment (drilling, earthmoving, construction, mining, agricultural, etc.)
- Excellent understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency troubleshooting issues and using diagnostic software.
- Experience with welding and fabrication.
- Able to commit to overnight travel assignments when necessary.
- Valid driver's license with clean record. CDL, or able to obtain one.
- Full set of tools.
