Experienced Family Practice NP/PA outpatient about 1hr from Rochester, NY

Well respected healthcare facility in Western NY about 1hr from Rochester is seeking a Family Practice NP/PA.

• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Full-time 40hrs a week M-F; Can be 4 (10's) or 5 days (8's)
• Saturday twice a quarter 9a-12p
• NO Call
• Typically approx. 18-20ppd
• Seeking FNP with at least 2-3 years and PA's with at least 5 years Family Practice outpatient experience
• 110-135k salary Depending on experience, full benefits, relocation assistance, sign-on, eligible for loan repayment, etc.
