Fulfillment Associate - Receiving

Key Responsibilities:

• Count and pick merchandise for various departments.
• Distribute incoming shipments to the appropriate departments or storage areas after verification.
• Unload containers and packages weighing between 15 lbs to 50 lbs.
• Check Bills of Lading (BOL) and verify items against work orders to ensure quantity and accuracy.
• Respond to emails and radio calls related to remanufactured items, vendor defects and supplies.
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned, including sorting and distribution.
• Provide support to Shipping/Matching departments during staffing shortages, peak periods, or downtime.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, following all prescribed safety regulations.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift and move packages (15 lbs – 50 lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Forklift driving experience is a plus – certification will be provided in-house.
• Good communication skills, including the ability to respond to radio and email communications effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: $16.50 + Peak Adjustments
