Key Responsibilities:

• Affordable Housing Management: Oversee and coordinate all affordable housing transactions, including ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Recertification & Compliance: Mandatory annual recertification of residents, including gathering and verifying income and asset documentation.

• Tenant Relations: Actively attract and educate new tenants, and proactively investigate and resolve tenant complaints with professionalism and tact.

• Operations & Maintenance: Ensure all work orders and repair requests are processed in a timely and efficient manner.

• Staff Leadership: Supervise and train property staff, fostering a productive and team-oriented environment.

• Rule Enforcement: Consistently enforce property and association rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in property management or a closely related field.

• Strong familiarity with affordable housing regulations is a major plus.

• Knowledge of real estate contracts and leases.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build quick rapport with tenants.

• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work autonomously with little supervision.
