The Strategic Role: Marketing & CRM Coordinator
We are seeking a Proactive, Tech-Savvy Hybrid Specialist who is ready to take ownership of our digital marketing operations. This is a hands-on position that spans the gap between technical operations and marketing execution.
Core Impact Areas
CRM & Automation: Act as the internal resource for our CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). Maintain systems, troubleshoot workflows, and manage lead tracking.
Digital Operations: Maintain and update our WordPress website (Elementor experience preferred), ensuring a user-friendly and optimized digital presence.
Email & Social: Plan, write, build, and execute all email campaigns, and manage social media content and scheduling across all major platforms.
Affiliate Management: Oversee affiliate relationships and coordinate with external marketing agencies to ensure campaign alignment.
Performance & Strategy: Support SEO strategy, coordinate paid media campaigns, and assist leadership with go-to-market execution.
Qualifications for Success
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a marketing operations, digital specialist, or technical support role.
Mandatory Proficiency: Demonstrated skill in managing a CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) AND WordPress/Elementor.
Strong understanding of project management, email campaign execution, and content planning.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple, shifting priorities.
HTML familiarity
Understanding of SEO best practices and tools e.g. Google Analytics
