Sales & Customer Support Associate (In-Office)

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated Administrative & Customer Support Associate to join our in-office team. This role is a blend of administrative tasks, customer service, and inside sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer communication, order processing, and office management—along with the drive to help grow the business through outstanding service and efficient support.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
• Process orders, returns, and warranties
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Assist in managing online sales platforms and CRM systems
• Support day-to-day office operations and organization
• Follow up on leads and assist in closing sales
• Provide product knowledge and recommend solutions based on customer needs

Requirements:

• 2+ years of administrative, customer service, or inside sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Shopify, or similar)
• Self-motivated with a positive, team-first attitude
• Ability to work on-site Monday–Friday

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in e-commerce, wellness, or fitness industries
• Familiarity with cold plunge or recovery products a plus
