Bakery Sales Manager – U.S. Expansion

Location: Miami, FL 
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are a well-established Brazilian bakery franchise recognized for our authentic recipes, high-quality ingredients, and warm hospitality. As we expand into the United States, we’re seeking a dynamic Bakery Sales Manager to help grow brand awareness, build strategic partnerships, and drive franchise and retail sales in this exciting new market.

The Bakery Sales Manager will play a key role in introducing our brand to the U.S. market. This individual will oversee sales development, establish B2B and B2C relationships, support new franchise partners, and ensure that sales strategies align with the company’s growth goals.

Key Responsibilities
    •    Develop and execute a U.S. sales strategy to achieve revenue and expansion targets.
    •    Build relationships with potential franchise partners, retail distributors, and key accounts.
    •    Collaborate with marketing to launch promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand activations.
    •    Support franchise development by identifying potential operators and helping onboard new partners.
    •    Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and regional trends.
    •    Coordinate with the Brazil-based leadership team to align pricing, products, and operational standards.
    •    Attend trade shows, networking events, and local business meetings to promote the brand.
    •    Manage sales reporting, forecasts, and performance metrics.
    •    Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the brand’s quality and service standards.
    •    Develop & Implement UberEats, DoorDash and other platforms. 

Qualifications
    •    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
    •    3-5+ years of sales experience in the food, bakery, or franchise industry.
    •    Experience launching or scaling an international brand in the U.S. (preferred).
    •    Strong understanding of franchise development and retail operations.
    •    Bilingual in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a PLUS).
    •    Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    •    Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-growing, start-up-style environment.
    •    Willingness to travel domestically as needed.
