Parts Install Coordinator Appliance Retail

Daily Expectations and Responsibilities of a Parts Install Coordinator

Customer Service & Communication

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email.
  • Support with product inquiries, orders, service scheduling, and warranty information.
  • Communicate with customers regarding service appointments and part arrivals.
  • Resolve escalated customer concerns with care, professionalism, and efficiency.

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Schedule service and installation appointments with internal technicians and delivery staff.
  • Coordinate parts delivery and technician availability to ensure timely service completion.
  • Maintain clear communication between customers, service teams, and management.

Parts Ordering & Inventory Management

  • Order appliance parts and track orders through to delivery.
  • Receive, verify, and organize incoming parts shipments.
  • Maintain an accurate and organized inventory of service parts.
  • Ship parts to service technicians, customers, or vendors as needed.
  • Ensure parts are ordered and stocked in alignment with service schedules and business needs.

Administrative & Technical Support

  • Monitor customer portals and track service or delivery updates.
  • Process payments, order updates, and shipping documents accurately.
  • Collaborate closely with service, sales, and delivery teams.
  • Stay current on product knowledge, company policies, and service procedures.
     


Requirements:

 

What the Parts Install Coordinator Brings:

  • 2-3 years of customer service or service coordination experience in a high-volume setting.  
  • Experience with parts ordering, scheduling, or inventory management preferred.  
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; EPass experience a plus.  
  • Quick, accurate data entry and 10-key proficiency.  
  • A team-first mindset and keen attention to detail.  

Schedules Available

  • Full time
  • Tuesday to Saturday 11:00 AM7:00 PM
