REQUIRED REGISTRIES: ARRT a must CREDENTIALING REQ: full week prior, COVID VAC , PA fingerprints to start REQUIREMENTS: EPIC
of WEEKS: 13 weeks
SHIFT/HOURS: 7pm-7:30am Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Weekend: NO PAYS/BILL GWW: yes ON-CALL/HRS: NO BILLING CYCLE/WEEK: weekly Sunday-Saturday LICENSE: n/a PARKING: free on site DRESS CODE: scrubs- REQ: 48202
*GWW is not granted on Traveler's first week of assignment, weeks with holidays, or weeks that Traveler has requested time off, calls out, limits days traveler can work in a week, or leaves early on Traveler's terms. Traveler's should work with management to work an alternate shift/day those weeks. *ALL MLH Traveler's must take a 30 minute lunch break each shift; no exceptions. A 30 minute lunch break will be automatically deducted by the system each shift.
