Now Hiring: Travel Nuclear Med Tech – Oswego, NY
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: 10 hour Day Shift – 6a-430p, Tues - Fri | Expected holiday rotation, no weekends or on call
Important: Applicants must reside 50 miles or more from zip code 13126
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide radiologic care to patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders
• Operate Nuclear Medicine scan units to perform clinical diagnostic procedures as directed
• Prepare and administer radioactive drugs to patients
• Monitor for any unusual reactions patients may have to drugs
• Ability to perform SPECT imaging
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience and at least 1 Travel assignment
• Current NY State license and ARRT or CNMT certification in Nuclear Medicince required
• Experience with Siemens software is preferred
• AHA BLS Certification
• Experience with Siemens C Cam and Siemens Intivo Spect/CT preferred
