We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise team of retail sales workers and management team
- Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
- Train and evaluate employees
- Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
- Complete floor plans and visuals within proper company guidelines and standards.
- Ensure stock is processed in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, clothing field
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Merchandising capabilities
- Excellent customer service and loss prevention awareness
- Must pass a background check
- Must be able to reliably commute
