Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years CVOR Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Assist in delivering exceptional perioperative care as a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Technician in Salem, VA. • Monitor and manage equipment used during procedures, troubleshooting any technical issues swiftly.

• Maintain accurate records of instruments and supplies, supporting efficient case turnover.
• Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols to promote patient and staff safety.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Proven experience as a CVOR Technician or similar role within a cardiovascular surgical setting.
• Familiarity with cardiovascular surgical instruments, equipment, and procedures.
• Strong understanding of sterile techniques and OR protocol.
• Excellent teamwork and munication skills.
• Ability to perform in high-pressure environments with attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications or training in surgical technology or cardiovascular care are preferred.
