Job Description
Location: 120 Hillcrest Medical Blvd
Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Saturdays 8am-12pm
Join Baylor Scott & White Health as an Ambulatory Nursing Manager leading our Pediatric Clinic. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee clinical operations, drive quality care, and ensure efficient, cost-effective management of our pediatric specialty program. You’ll be the nursing leader responsible for guiding a dedicated team and supporting the health of children and families in our community.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate patient care delivery using evidence-based practices.
- Manage departmental operations including staffing, budgeting, and policy implementation.
- Foster a supportive and safe environment for patients, families, and nursing staff.
- Promote continuous improvement and professional development through educational programs.
- Advocate for high-quality pediatric care and uphold nursing excellence.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, patient care standards, medical terminology, and healthcare regulations.
- Experience caring for diverse age groups, especially pediatric patients.
- Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and community service.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Have a minimum of (3) three years' experience in this field
- 2-3 years of management experience
- Are licensed as Registered Nurses
- Must already have Basic Life Support certification or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role.
