🚀 Step Into the Future of Medicine
At Energy4Life Centers, we’re not just a clinic—we’re a movement redefining how people live longer, stronger, and more vibrantly. We combine cutting-edge diagnostics, precision-based protocols, and human connection to transform health and longevity.

Now we’re searching for a Medical Assistant rockstar who thrives in a fast-paced environment, craves variety, and brings both clinical precision and operational savvy to the table. This role is about more than vitals and check-ins: you’ll be front-line in patient experience, clinical delivery, and systems that power it all.

If you’re the kind of professional who gets energized by impact, growth, and excellence—this is your stage.

🎯 The Role
This is not a narrow MA position. You’ll flex across patient care, patient follow-up, and operational logistics. Some days you’re running IVs and cutting-edge therapies back-to-back, other days you’re executing complex patient orders, and other times you’re keeping the clinic’s lifeblood—labs, supplements, and equipment—flowing seamlessly.

At Energy4Life, everyone cross-trains, everyone improves, everyone levels up. This is a role for someone who can adapt, execute, and deliver with precision—while making patients feel like VIPs at every touchpoint.

🔑 What You’ll Do
Deliver Exceptional Patient Care

  • Execute high volumes of patient IVs, draws, and advanced therapies (HBOT, Red Light, EECP, EBOO, Weber, prTMS, etc.).
  • Keep sessions flowing smoothly from prep to clean-up, maintaining absolute safety and excellence.
  • Educate and reassure patients while supporting provider care plans.

Own Communication & Follow-Up

  • Execute patient follow-up tasks with speed and accuracy (portal, phone, email, Cerbo).
  • Monitor labs@ email inbox daily and ensure labs and results are uploaded seamlessly.
  • Triage calls, manage supplements/procedures, and document every interaction same-day.

Be the Ops Backbone

  • Support tracking and management of all inventory: supplements, lab kits, devices, and clinical supplies.
  • Receive, restock, and report needs before anyone else notices.
  • Support lab uploads multiple times per week and flex into patient care when needed.

Live the Standards

  • Patient calls returned within hours, emails same business day.
  • Cerbo tasks done within 24 hours (24 max on weekends).
  • Patient rooms always clean, stocked, and presentation-ready.
  • Cross-train, level-up, and contribute to our culture of excellence.

🧩 Who You Are

  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent training.
  • Experienced with IVs and phlebotomy, labs, and integrative modalities—or eager to learn.
  • A tech-enabled operator who thrives in EMRs (Cerbo a plus).
  • Calm under pressure, obsessed with details, and quick to solve problems.
  • High-energy, reliable, and committed to showing up daily for team and patients.

🌟 Why Energy4Life?

  • Grow in a culture that values initiative, accountability, and innovation.
  • Enjoy a stable weekday schedule in one of the most beautiful regions in the country.
