What You’ll DoLead tax engagements for corporations, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals.
Mentor, coach, and develop staff—helping them grow into tomorrow’s leaders.
Review and sign off on complex tax returns with a focus on quality, accuracy, and insight.
Advise clients proactively, identifying planning opportunities and long-term strategies.
Strengthen client relationships and represent the firm as a trusted advisor.
Stay current on evolving tax laws and contribute to process improvements firmwide.
Active CPA license required (Master’s in Taxation preferred).
5+ years of public accounting experience with strong technical tax expertise.
Proven leadership and mentoring ability.
Excellent communication, analytical, and client service skills.
