NOW HIRING: Operations Supervisor – Truss & Panel Division
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio| Full-Time
Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for manufacturing excellence and team success? We're looking for a Operations Supervisor to lead operations in our Truss, Panels & Components Division. In this critical role, you’ll oversee the production of trusses and wall panels for the construction supply industry, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
What You’ll Do:
As our Operations Supervisor you’ll be the driving force behind production schedules, inventory, safety, and team performance. You’ll collaborate closely with sales and customer service to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the manufacturing of trusses and wall panels for construction supply
- Develop and implement processes to optimize productivity and reduce costs
- Supervise and mentor production staff and supervisors
- Manage inventory and ensure material availability
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to deliver customer satisfaction
- Analyze production data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in operations management (construction or building materials industry preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field OR equivalent experience
- Proven leadership and people development skills
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time-management abilities
- Familiarity with safety/quality regulations and manufacturing software
- Spanish/English bilingual skills a plus!
