Family Success Coach - Full-time

Family Success Coaches needed in Cole county, but will also work in Callaway, Moniteau and Osage county to provide family services to meet their needs, coach them on their goals, and help them recognize barriers to stability. Will act as an advocate for the families to provide resources and strengthen their support network. Pay is $18.00 per hour.

Job Requirements:

• Must have general knowledge of family development and social services. Previous work experience as a case manager or social worker is helpful.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to become certified with a Family Development Credential (FDC) during the first 2 years of employment (paid by employer).
• Prefer at least one year of professional experience in personal finance and/or a background in banking, lending, or insurance.
• Familiarity with causes, conditions, and effects of poverty.
• Valid Missouri driver's license with access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Availability for occasional evenings and weekends based on member needs.
