MNS Engineers, Inc. (MNS) is a multi-service infrastructure consulting firm offering planning, construction management, civil engineering, and surveying services throughout California. With nine (9) offices throughout California, the Company has provided services to the transportation, water resources, government services, and federal markets for nearly 60 years. MNS is hiring a Construction Management Intern to join our Construction Management Department for in 2026.

This position will assist with the construction management support for various projects, reporting to one of the MNS offices located in Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, or Oakland.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists with project inspection, quantity calculations, and other related data.
• Assists with project reports, logs, and documentation.
• Assists with preparation and review of monthly construction estimates.
• Assists with project administration in monitoring internal project controls.
• Works effectively in a team environment.
• Receives supervision review of all aspects of work.
• Conduct miscellaneous field work and field data collection.
• Attend internal project and client meetings; prepare agendas and meeting minutes.

Requirements

• Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Valid California Class C driver's license and an acceptable driver’s record are required
