Seeking a long-term employee (year-round) for an entry-level position to learn scratch bread baking. Multiple positions are available. Candidates must have an interest in bread. Experience is appreciated, but not required. On the job training will be provided. Job duties encompass all aspects of bread production including mixing, shaping, proofing, baking, and shipping.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be available between the hours of 2pm and 11pm.
• Looking for someone who can work between 24-40 hours a week.
• Weekend availability is required; production is 7 days a week.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Comfortable working with large equipment.
• Moderate to heavy lifting, walking, standing, and ability to complete repetitive tasks.
• Food handling experience is preferred, but not necessary.
