Job Description
American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for an 8-hour variable day shift with AHA BLS and ARRT(N) or CNMT certification required.
Responsibilities- Work in a hospital setting performing general nuclear medicine studies
- Patient cases include bone scans, renal, HIDA, gastric emptying, thyroid, lymphoscintigraphy, cardiac, and parathyroid exams
- Utilizes Siemens Symbia Intevo Excel SPECT/CT
- Uses Epic and Fuji PACS or Epic and Philips iSite PACS for charting
- 8-hour variable day shifts
- No floating required
- No weekends, holidays, or call coverage
- Scrub attire can be any color or print as long as it is clean and work appropriate
- Candidates must live outside a 50 mile radius from the facility to be eligible
- Position is a 13-week contract
- No weekend, holiday or call expectations
- AHA BLS certification required
- ARRT(N) or CNMT certification required
- At least 1 year of Nuclear Medicine Tech experience preferred, but less experienced candidates may be considered
- Proficiency with general nuclear medicine studies and related imaging equipment
- Experience with Epic and Fuji PACS or Philips iSite PACS charting systems preferred
- License required if applicable
