Location: Hybrid, Downtown Cleveland
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

• The Legal Billing Specialist will report directly to the Billing Manager

What we are looking for in a Legal Billing Specialist:

• Prepare, edit, and finalize client invoices in accordance with firm and client guidelines

• Work directly with attorneys, legal assistants, and clients to resolve billing issues and ensure timely billing

• Maintain and update billing records, including client and matter setups, rate adjustments, and special billing arrangements

Preferred Qualifications for the Legal Billing Specialist:

• High School Diploma required; post-secondary coursework in accounting, finance, or business preferred
