This role is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving clarity, alignment, and actionable outcomes across clinical and R&D initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements related to clinical trials, regulatory operations, R&D systems, and processes. Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping sessions to identify pain points and improvement opportunities. Translate business needs into clear specifications for technology teams, ensuring traceability and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Support solution validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training delivery. Assist in the design of future-state workflows, integrations, and data models. Partner with clinical, medical, regulatory, and IT teams to support cross-functional initiatives. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in pharmaceutical Clinical or R&D domains. Strong understanding of clinical operations, study lifecycle, and regulatory processes. Experience with systems such as CTMS, eTMF, EDC, PV Safety Systems, or LIMS. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and documentation skills. Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, or hybrid methodologies.
