Who we want on our team:
Our call center schedulers are the first line of contact when patients are seeking our services. Their role is extremely important, as they connect patients to nurse practitioners (NPs) for Annual Health Assessment appointments, which aids in improved health outcomes. We're looking for someone who has several years of phone, customer service experience. If you are a professional individual with an upbeat personality, are caring and compassionate about your work, and you pride yourself in providing excellent customer service- We want to speak with you! We are looking for a team player, who wants to grow with us!
Job Duties:
In this role, you will spend your days contacting and helping geriatric patients, by scheduling a visit with our Nurse Practitioners for a clinic appointment, home visit, or video appointment. Our call center schedulers also aid with our translation line, for patients who are not fluent in the English language to ensure we provide the best care. This is not a remote position. You must be able to reliably commute to our call center in Irving, TX. This is a full-time position. The hours of work and days may vary, with a designated lunch and rest periods as per State laws.

Requirements:
- Must be able to work at the call center in Irving, TX. (It is not a remote position.)
- 3 years of Telephone Experience (Call Center preferred)
- 3+ years of Customer service experience
- Medical scheduling experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Data Entry and Microsoft Office
- Excellent Verbal Communication and Active Listening Skills
- Strong work ethic
- Team-oriented
- Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, Russian or Cantonese (Required)
