Mortgage Training Specialist

Alliance Credit Union is seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Mortgage Trainer to lead the onboarding and ongoing education of our mortgage department team members. This individual will play a vital role in ensuring all employees are equipped to perform at the highest level by delivering consistent, effective training on our loan origination system, software applications, mortgage products, and industry updates.

This position is perfect for someone with a solid background in mortgage lending, particularly as an originator or processor—who is passionate about sharing knowledge, developing others, and embracing technology to train across multiple locations.
