Operations Associate-Financial Services

Full-service Broker/Dealer is looking for an Operations Associate to join their team in their Manhattan office!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience out of financial or related industry a plus
• SIE and Series 99 required. Series 7 preferred
• Excellent communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Making check deposits, ACH’s, wire processing, opening new accounts, journals, ACATs, Stock deposits/DWACs
• Interaction with Advisors and identifying discrepancies in client info and requests.
