Job Description
AJ Employment Services is hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for apartment communities across the Phoenix metro area.

Responsibilities:
- Perform apartment maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliance, HVAC, etc.)
- Prepare vacant units for move-ins
- Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in multifamily / apartment maintenance
- Own basic tools and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and professionalism on site
- EPA or CPO certification preferred (not required for all roles)
