We are seeking a reliable bartender with 1-3 years experience to join our team at Aventura Sailing Club in the scenic Dana Point Harbor. We are a members only club and positive relationships with our members is key. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and is dependable with positive communication skills. Must follow California Department of Alcohol Control guidelines and rules.

Thursday: 3:30 PM - 9:30 PM

- Saturday: 3:30 PM - 10:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Entering food and drink orders into Toast system accurately.
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
- Providing excellent service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handling cash and card transactions efficiently.
- Complying with all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bartender.
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Availability to work the specified hours.
- Must be of legal drinking age and have the necessary certifications (e.g., Responsible Beverage Service Training).
