Job Description
(New Orleans, LA): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Customer Accounts Coordinator III to manage day-to-day internal sales, planning, and communication with assigned customers and contracts. This role ensures strong customer relationships, timely service coordination, and compliance with company and customer requirements.
Essential Duties:
• Perform diversified administrative and clerical duties to support customer accounts.
• Work closely with the Customer Accounts Coordination Manager to understand company services and products.
• Attend weekly and bi-weekly sales and management meetings.
• Liaise daily with the Spares Coordinator on parts orders, requirements, and order updates.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and website to identify and clarify needs while maintaining positive relationships.
• Develop an understanding of customer procurement departments to ensure inclusion on vendor lists.
• Collate, review, and verify customer data, service reports, and technical documentation.
• Update customer procurement systems and harmonize part numbers with company codes.
• Review customer lifesaving equipment for compliance with regulations and maximize service opportunities.
• Provide technical documentation for field service personnel and ensure accurate job closure for invoicing.
• Use internal databases to manage customer information and generate reports.
• Coordinate offshore work scopes, briefing technicians, reviewing data, and communicating results to customers.
• Attend debrief meetings to identify opportunities and ensure completion of follow-up actions.
• Produce, issue, and discuss close-out reports, maintaining action plans for customer recommendations.
• Review Field Service Labor Reports and update internal systems as needed.
• Prepare and follow up on technical quotations, obtaining feedback when orders are not secured.
• Manage customer complaints per ISO procedures and participate in issue resolution.
• Maintain organized records and assist with tender requests.
• Update customers on compliance changes and support invoicing or payment collections as needed.
• Conduct contract reviews and attend quarterly customer meetings with the CAC Manager.
• Understand and follow company ISO processes to support continual improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Maintain flexibility and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements/Skills:
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment.
• Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.
• Experience in administrative support, account coordination, or internal sales preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO processes and contract review procedures a plus.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to climb stairs, stoop, reach for files in top or bottom drawers, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Operate standard office equipment such as telephones, calculators, computers, printers, and copiers.
• Must be able to type efficiently, communicate clearly, and carry files as needed.
• Able to stand for extended periods while performing office duties.
