Close to 400 bed hospital
Large private employer
Multi specialty physician group made up of over 75 providers
Orthopedic Surgery
Would join established group with 3 orthopedic surgeons and 1 podiatric surgeon in nearby town
Physician would perform surgeries at main Hospital
$500,000 base salary, guaranteed for 2 years
Total incentives cannot exceed 75% MGMA
Physician must be Board Certified/Board Eligible
