We are looking for a detail-oriented and welcoming Receptionist to support our team on a contract basis in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and efficient experience. If you excel at managing front desk operations and providing exceptional customer service, this is a great opportunity for you. This will be about a 2 month contract.


Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel welcome and directed to the appropriate area.

• Answer incoming phone calls promptly, providing accurate information or redirecting them to the correct department.

• Maintain a neat and organized reception area that reflects the company’s standards.

• Manage daily office tasks such as sorting mail, scheduling appointments, and handling deliveries.

• Assist with administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation.

• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information handled at the front desk.

• Respond to inquiries from clients and staff with clarity and professionalism.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and communication.

• Uphold company policies and procedures while interacting with visitors and staff.

• Monitor and restock office supplies as needed to maintain functionality.

Must be fully bilingual - English and Spanish

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with visitors and team members.

• Detail-oriented demeanor and appearance appropriate for a corporate environment.
