Pay: $22-26/HR

Shift: M-F, 7AM to 3PM

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience with GMP standards in a warehouse environment
• Familiar with shipping and receiving

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure an uninterrupted supply of materials and components to meet the needs of both internal and external customers.
• Coordinate and process deliveries and shipments safely, accurately, and on schedule.
• Receive, verify, and document incoming orders using ERP and other warehouse management systems.
• Prepare, package, and document outbound shipments in compliance with packaging specifications and courier requirements for clinical and research materials.
• Handle shipping, receiving, and storage of high-value, temperature-controlled, and production-critical materials, including raw, finished, and semi-finished goods.
• Adhere to all safety standards, regulations, and internal operating procedures related to shipping and receiving.
• Obtain certification and safely operate Work Assist Vehicles and other warehouse equipment as required.
• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of warehouse operations procedures.
• Assist in purchasing and scheduling raw materials and warehouse supplies to ensure timely availability.
• Help maintain and track shipment schedules to meet operational demands.
• Communicate delivery updates, shipment notifications, and any issues such as damage or delays to the appropriate personnel.
• Execute required tasks using clinical distribution systems and software tools.
• Apply and uphold cold-chain best practices to ensure product integrity.
• Maintain organized, properly labeled storage areas and perform regular physical inventories, resolving any discrepancies.
• Follow all safety protocols, wear proper protective equipment, and report deviations or concerns to management promptly.
• Contribute to a clean, orderly, and safe work environment at all times.
