Position Overview
The Superintendent will oversee the daily operations of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various teams, managing subcontractors, and maintaining communication with clients to deliver successful multi-family and commercial projects.

This role involves coordinating with various teams, managing subcontractors, and maintaining communication with clients to deliver successful multi-family and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth operations on-site.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met and that safety protocols are followed.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules and budgets, reporting on progress to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process, providing solutions to keep the project on track.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, specifically with apartments and multi-family projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with clients.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
