We’re looking for a veterinarian to deliver\ntop-tier emergency and urgent care — without\novernights — to the Tahoe community. Here, you can enjoy a balanced\n4-day workweekunlimited earning potential, and the chance to\nlive where others vacation. Our veterinarians each produce an average\nof $1M+ annually, with some exceeding $2M.


The Opportunity:


\nThis role is perfect for a veterinarian who’s ready to relocate for lifestyle and growth,\nthrives on variety (from urgent cases to complex surgeries), values strong peer\ncollaboration, and wants the time and flexibility to enjoy everything Tahoe has\nto offer outside of work.


Our Resources:


\nOur resources include a 15,000 sq. ft. facility with 21\nexam rooms, multiple surgery suites, separate dental suites, a brand-new\nCT scan machine, digital and dental radiology, ultrasound, full IDEXX\nin-house laboratory, therapeutic laser, endoscopy, and a dedicated 3:1\nsupport staff ratio (including licensed veterinary technicians).\nYou’ll be part of a dynamic, 14-doctor team and a supportive management group\ncommitted to your success.

Compensation and Benefits:


\nFREE YEAR of HOUSING!
\n$150,000–$170,000 starting base salary (depending on experience)
\n21% and up production bonus, paid monthly (depending on experience)
\nThe average gross production per doctor is $1M annually, with some\nexceeding $2M
\nExact compensation will be based on skills, experience, and schedule


Time Off:


\n4 weeks of paid time off (3 weeks personal time + 1 week for CE)
