Asset Recovery Specialist

Join a high-volume inbound call team supporting customers, vendors, and internal teams in a fast-paced asset recovery environment. This role ensures accurate, compliant communication during the repossession process while delivering exceptional service that supports resolution and recovery outcomes.

Location Fort Worth, TX | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $21 to $21.67/hr.

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• W2, 12-month contract

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries regarding reinstatement and redemption procedures

• Ensure information provided aligns with state-specific repossession laws and guidelines

• Manage internal requests via email regarding asset recovery statuses and updates

• Support third-party vendors with accurate, timely information to assist recovery efforts

• Maintain documentation and call records in line with internal compliance protocols

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ year of experience in collections, redemptions, or reinstatements preferred

• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

• Familiarity with legal compliance in financial or recovery processes

• Ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism and accuracy

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Prior financial services or lending experience

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
