Coolmore Truck Lines is partnering with CDL A regional flatbed owner operators in Memphis, TN. Drivers will be hauling general freight primarily throughout the southern states. Compensation

• Average weekly pay: $4,875 
  • 75% of load pay
• Average weekly miles: 2,400
• Additional pay as it applies:
  • Detention pay
  • Layover pay
  • Stop pay
• Bonuses:
  • Referral bonus: $750 paid in 3 installments over the new driver’s first 90 days
  • Clean inspection bonus: $150
  • Monthly safety bonus awarded to safest driver: $250
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Home Time: Home weekends & home at least once during the week
• Schedule: Leave out Sunday or Monday and home Friday
• Route: Anywhere with a 600 mile radius of Memphis, TN
• Level of Touch: Strapping, tarping, & chaining

Equipment

• No truck age requirement!
• Must pass a DOT inspection at our approved vendor
  • Coolmore will cover the cost of this initial inspection

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years of age  
• Must have CDL A license 
• Must have a minimum of 2 years recent verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
• No DUI/DWIs in the past 5 years 
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations 
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen 
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 150 miles of Memphis, TN or be willing to relocate for this position
