Job Description

You will leverage 3Sharp proprietary tools as well as Microsoft 365/Windows apps and AI in working with technical marketing leads and other consultants to build out demo scenarios and tell stories for our customers to help them sell their software and/or services. If you are not a graphic designer but have always had an eye for color, design, and presentation, this is a great opportunity to unleash your creative side and grow in that capacity as well.

In this role, you will perform the following tasks with supervision:

• Build demos and visually appealing demo assets that help tell the customers' stories.
• Write clear, consistent demo scripts and other documentation for customer consumption.
• Dive in and quickly get up to speed on new technologies to become known as a trusted thought leader in the eyes of the customer.
• Interact with customers, project managers, quality assurance resources, and other team members as necessary to ensure project success.
• Successfully troubleshoot problems independently, while working with a team in a deadline-driven environment.
• Contribute to multiple projects from beginning to end with primary success being measured by customer satisfaction.

Within the first three months, we expect you to become confident producing 3Sharp’s typical deliverables and be a contributing member on projects.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to contribute, both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow direction with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Windows feature sets.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or other AI skills preferred.
• Technical writing, requirements-gathering, and interpersonal skills preferred.
• Prior experience or background in marketing and/or building creative content for demos and presentations preferred.

Additional Information

Salary: This is a full-time, salaried exempt position starting at $80,500 per year, dependent on experience.

Benefits: 3Sharp pays 90% of employee insurance premiums (medical, dental, vision) and offers a 401(k) match. New employees accrue 4 weeks of PTO in their first year and receive 9 paid holidays.

Remote Operations & Business Hours: 3Sharp is based in Bothell, WA, and operates primarily as a remote workplace. Occasional in-person meetings may be scheduled by management. We prefer applicants who live in Washington State but are open to exceptional candidates from nearby states such as Oregon, Colorado, Utah, and Arizona. Our core business hours follow Pacific Standard Time (PST) to support collaboration and consistency.
