Schedule: Part-Time | Monday–Friday | 12:00pm–5:30pm
We're looking for a caring, enthusiastic Floater Teacher to join our team! You'll help create an afternoon experience that children look forward to — full of fun, learning, and connection. If you thrive in a team environment where your work really matters, this is the job for you.
What You'll Be Doing:- Assisting in daily classroom activities and supporting the Lead Teacher - able to jump into any age group to help
- Helping children feel safe, seen, and supported
- Keeping the classroom clean, organized, and full of positive energy
- Building real connections with families and your fellow educators
- You're at least 18 years old
- You have your High School Diploma or GED
- You've completed your DCF 45 Hours
- CPR & First Aid certified
- Experience in a licensed childcare setting is a plus
- Able to pass a background check
- $15–$16/hour starting pay
