Molding Operators - Now Hiring

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking dedicated Molding Operators to join their team. As a Molding Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department, supporting the assembly and machine operation teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Molding Operators

Location: Turtle Lake, WI

Pay: $18/hr

Shift: 7pm - 7am

What's the Job?

• Operate plastic injection molding machines to produce quality parts
• Assist in the assembly of molded components
• Monitor machine operation and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

What's Needed?

• Basic understanding of assembly and industrial machine operation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
• Reliable and punctual work ethic
