What You Do
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to enterprise software, including system errors, data discrepancies, and user access problems.
- Manage user accounts and permissions, including onboarding new users and handling access requests.
- Coordinate with software vendors for technical support and software updates as needed.
- Meets appropriate metrics for key performance and quality indicators, particularly in terms of in-depth trend analysis.
- The position also involves supporting HR, Clinical, Financial, and Transportation software.
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility as needed.
- On-Site Requirement: In-person presence required at our Grand Rapids office on Mondays and Wednesdays.
- On-Call Rotation: Second-tier on-call responsibilities one full week per month, outside of regular business hours.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent direct work experience. Degree should be in a technical area.
- 3+ years of experience supporting HR, Clinical, Financial, and Transportation software in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with Sage Intacct, NextGen, UKG, or Novus software is highly preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 required.
- Previous experience working in a healthcare environment.
