Title: Certified Surgical Tech (CST)
Location: York, PA
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day, 4×10-Hour, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of recent OR experience (post-orientation)
- Experience in multi-specialties: Orthopedics, Robotics, ENT, GYN, Vascular, Thoracic, and General Surgery
- EPIC charting experience required
- NBSTSA certification required (NCCT not accepted)
- BLS certification required
- Level I Trauma Experience Required; Level II Trauma experience preferred
- Ability to take 4–5 calls and 4–5 weekend shifts within a 6-week schedule matrix (30-minute response time required)
- Must be flexible to work holidays and float as needed
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a teaching or community hospital environment
- Familiarity with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System and laparoscopic/robotic procedures
