Tax Manager/ Reviewer

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced onsite full or part-time Tax Professional to join our skilled team.  We offer a competitive pay rate, flexible hours, CPE reimbursement, health insurance, retirement plan and a casual, friendly business environment in which to develop your career.

Responsibilities:

·         Review tax returns including, but not limited to, individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, estates, gifts and non-profits

·         Research and collaborate on a variety of tax projects and tax-related issues

·         Respond to inquiries and requests from the IRS and other governing authorities

·         Prepare extensions and quarterly estimates

·         Communicate clearly and professionally with clients

Qualifications:

·         Minimum of 6 years of experience in public accounting, specifically in tax

·         Licensed CPA

·         QuickBooks and bookkeeping experience

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

·         Experience with Lacerte tax software a plus

·         Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills

·         Organized and highly detail-oriented

·         Able to prioritize while working on multiple projects

·         Good communication skills, both written and verbal

·         Professional demeanor

·         Possess a strong desire to learn
